We are the OC Groove, Orange County’s premier horn driven band. A crowd favorite, we’re skilled at lighting up the dance floor with vibrance and flair at a conversation-friendly volume level. We are a tribute to the golden era of funk, soul, and rock & roll on a mission to bring back all the retro feels with style and soul.
Few bands can pull off the classic retro hits like we do due to the high level of musicianship required to deliver the great hits of yesterday. We feature male and female vocalists, a tight rhythm section, and dazzling 4-piece horns that add depth of sound, punch, and power.
Audiences of all ages will go wild hearing us play Chicago, Tower of Power, Santana, Stevie Wonder, James Brown, The Temptations, and Al Green, to current artists like Bruno Mars and Justin Timberlake. And we get everyone out of their chairs moving to all the iconic dance hits from bands like Earth, Wind & Fire, Rick James, Prince, Michael Jackson, Barry White, Chaka Khan, Janet Jackson, Teena Marie, Taste of Honey, Donna Summer, Natalie Cole, Cheryl Lynn, and Amy Winehouse.
